PRESCHOOL
Our preschool ministry is designed to help your child discover God and His son, Jesus Christ. As your child develops, we create an age-appropriate environment that fosters this learning experience.
We are committed to offering child-centered Bible teaching within a nurturing learning atmosphere. Our efforts support families in establishing a spiritual foundation that encourages children to build a personal and growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
“Jesus said, ‘Let the little children come to Me, and do not hinder them, for the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to such as these.’” (Matthew 19:14)
We have Grow Groups for each preschool age level at 9:45 a.m.

We follow specific guidelines at West Mobile to promote an environment where children are safe and secure.

CHILDRENS
We desire to partner with God in transforming the lives of children, infusing them with His love and Word as we guide them to become devoted followers of Christ.
Additionally, we seek to collaborate with parents, providing them with the support they need as they nurture their children in their journey to follow the Lord.
Ultimately, we are committed to partnering with children as they learn to embrace their faith. We aim to encourage and support them in their growth, helping them discover what it truly means to be a Christian.
Children (grades 1-6) meet in small groups by grade to learn how to study, interpret, and apply God’s Word.

Children (grades 1-6) meet all together for a time of worship, Bible study, and activities specially designed with them in mind.

STUDENTS
Student ministry is primarily focused on engaging and connecting with middle school and high school students. It aims to provide a supportive and nurturing environment where young individuals can explore their beliefs, build lasting friendships, and grow in their personal faith journeys. The programs and activities are designed to address the unique challenges faced by adolescents, offering guidance and encouragement as they navigate this important stage of life. Through dynamic events, discussions, and community service opportunities, student ministry seeks to inspire and empower youth to develop a deeper understanding of their values and purpose.
Middle and high school students meet in the Hangar. Divided by age, Grow Groups encourage students to grow closer in their relationship with God and with one another through Bible study and fellowship.

Every week we come together to worship the Lord and listen to Him from His Word. We meet in the main sanctuary of WEMO Church.
Midweek Service is our high energy time of Bible study and band-led worship. Everyone is invited to arrive early at The Hangar to hang out and make new friends.

We have yearly special events such as summer camp and our disciple now weekend. Visit The Hangar on Wednesday nights or call the church office to get more information on upcoming special events.

YOUNG ADULTS
Thrive Young Adult Ministry is dedicated to creating a welcoming and supportive community specifically designed for college students and young professionals. Our mission is to foster personal and spiritual growth, while providing a space for meaningful connections among peers who are navigating similar life stages and experiences. We invite you to join us as we explore faith, engage in fellowship, and empower one another to thrive in both our personal lives and professional journeys.

ADULTS
There are many types of Grow Groups offered at WeMo. Some focus on a season of life, while others address specific situations in life. Regardless of what Grow Group you choose to take part in, you are sure to strengthen your relationship with the Lord and others.
There are 2 types of Grow Groups: Sunday Grow Groups (meeting Sundays at 9:45 a.m. at WeMo) and Weekday Grow Groups (meeting at various days & locations). We also have male and female discipleship groups that are not listed here, but are available. Look below for a group, time & location that works best for you.
We believe spiritual growth occurs best in the context of a Grow Group, and every believer attending WEMO is challenged to attend a group on a regular basis. Go by the info desk and they will help you find and walk you to a Grow Group.

Join us for Bible study at 6:30 p.m. in the worship center (downstairs) in the main building. Pastor Kevin Cobb leads us in this special time together.

Our groups have target ages but you are welcome to attend where you find the best fit. (However, Thrive is limited to college students, Young Pros are limited to those under 30). See below for times & location.

WORSHIP
So many people today are attempting to define WORSHIP. What is it? Who is it intended for? And, where is it going? No definition seems to totally encircle the concept and idea of worship, but this definition from Pete Sanchez, author of “I Exalt Thee” comes pretty close as he says,
“Worship is — Responding to all that God is with all that we are.”
Our desire at West Mobile is to invite all attendees to join us in corporate worship that engages us to interact with the God of the universe, and draws us into His presence.
In addition to our Praise Team & Band, we have an Audio/Visual Ministry. If you feel led to volunteer in the areas of Audio Engineering, Projections, or Archival Recording please send an email to contact Grayson Holt, our Worship Pastor.
